Child Teaching

Child Teaching

Child Teaching doesn’t only mean to teach the children in selective schools but also to support and help School/School teachers with education and knowledge sharing to improve and build children’s capability to grow as a better person in the future. So, the volunteers in this project will not just work as a teacher but also play the role of an influencer to the children they engage with. Moreover, this project aims for the betterment and welfare of both Children and their Schools.

The conditions with Schools and Children in this project.
You may have a question about what kind of schools and children that you will be giving your efforts to? This project has considered two kinds of schools which are Community school and Montessori school.

In Nepal, most community schools are in desperate need of extra help/support with proper education and teaching. Community schools are located in a certain community to provide education to the group of children living in a community at a low tuition fee. And since it’s located in a particular community, a lot of people outside the community aren't aware of these school .Thus, it only consists of a limited number of children that receive easy access to equal education services.

As for Montessori schools, they offer a quality education to the children not older than 10 years. Montessori schools aims to boost and head start the education of small children and they prefer western system of education .Therefore, it is more convenient that the volunteers around the world come and help such Montessori school for better education of the children there. Apart from this, “children learn from what you are than from what you teach them” so, the volunteers in this project would be more like an influencer to the children’s lives than a teacher.
