KHOPRA DANDA TREK

This short 8 days trek offers you with everything nature has to offer .It covers the famous Ghorepani , Poonhill trek as well into the itinerary making it even more beautiful . The pristine nature and the lovely hospitality will provide you enough enthusiasm for the trek. Walking through the dense Rhododendron forest is a beauty on its own. The trail varies from fields, villages, suspension bridges over the rivers , and high hills for a picturesque view point.
You will be able to witness Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri , Machhapuchhre, Tukuche , Nilgiri and so many other beautiful mountains. There are small and beautiful lodges and homestays along the way for your accommodation . Another fun fact about this region is that the local here drink the blood of yak on the festive day of Janaipurnima which falls on the full moon day of August.

Please note that the required number of participants is at a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 participants. Nevertheless, it doesn't mean that you have to be a group of 2 to book the trip.

11 Days Itinerary :

Day 1 - Flight /Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara - 30 minutes Flight / 7 hours drive.
Day 2 - Drive to Nayapul and trek up to Ulleri - (1960m) 1.5 Drive / 6 hours trek.
Day 3 - Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani - (2750m) / 5 hours trek.
Day 4 - Early morning hike up to Poonhill for sunrise view and trek upto Swata - (2270m) / 7 hours trek.
Day 5 - Trek from Swata to Khopra - (3660m) / 6 hours trek.
Day 6 - Hike up to Khopra viewpoint and Khopra Lake - (4025m) / 6 hours trek.
Day 7 - Trek from Khopra to Dobato - (2985m) / 6 hours trek.
Day 8 -Trek from Dobato to Ghandruk - (1940m) / 7 hours trek.
Day 9 - Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul and Drive to Pokhara - (1070m) / 5 hours trek.
Day 10 - Flight / Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu- 30 minutes Flight / 7 hours drive.
Day 11 - Departure back to home.
