LANGTANG GOSAINKUNDA TREK
Langtang is a narrow valley that lies just south of the Tibetan border, sandwiched between the main Himalayan range to the north and a slightly lower range of peaks to the south which offers outstanding views of various himalayas and peaks including langtang lirung, Dorje lakpa, Gang Chenpo, and so on along with the visit over Nepal's first Himalayan National Park established in 1971 called Langtang National park, that lets you have a sight of various floras and faunas as well as absorb the culture and the way of living of the residents who are mostly Tamang people.
Whereas, Gosainkunda is the alpine freshwater lake lies in the area of Langtang National park.
There are several lakes along the way that you can explore and also the one which is said to be holy lake of them all,“Gosainkunda”.

15 Days Itinerary :
Day 1- Arrival in Kathmandu
Day 2- Rest day and sightseeing.
Day 3- Drive to Syabrubesi (8-9 hours)
Day 4- Trek to lama hotel from Syabrubesi (5-6 hours)
Day 5- Trek to Langtang Village from Lama Hotel, walk approx 5-6 hours.
Day 6- Trek to Kyanjin gompa from langtang village, walk approx 3-4 hours.
Day 7- Acclimatization day and explore kyanjin ri
Day 8- Trek down to lama hotel, walk approx (5-6 hours)
Day 9- Trek to Thulo syabru from Lama hotel, walk approx 5-6 hours.
Day 10- Trek to Sing Gompa from Thulo Syabru, walk approx 4-5 hours.
Day 11- Trek to Gosainkunda from Sing Gompa/Chandan Bari, walk approx 4-5 hours.
Day 12- Trek back to Sing Gompa from Gosainkunda. (walk approx 5-6 hours)
Day 13- Trek to Dhunche from Sing gompa/Chandan Bari. (walk approx 5-6 hours.)
Day 14- Drive back to Kathmandu by bus or private jeep from Dhunche, (Drive approx 7-8 hours)
Day 15- Departure back to home.
