MARDI HIMAL TREK
A new trekking trails along the Annapurna Region , Mardi Himal trek offers the perfect combination of everything from culture, landscape , vegetation , eco-sustained villages and many more. The trails leads through mostly dense forest with stone paved stairs for perfect short trek. The accommodations along the way are hosted by very welcoming local people with so much hospitality to offer. The memories you will collect within such a short period of time is very much worth the trek.
Mountain ranges you will explore are Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri , Manaslu , Machapuchre to name a few. The trek is very flexible in terms of walking days . Therefore, it can be done in either 5 days or more if you wish to extend. The magnificent view from Badaal Danda is a once in a lifetime experience. You can also hike upto Mardi Base Camp or return from the high camp .
Please note that the required number of participants is at a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 participants. Nevertheless, it doesn't mean that you have to be a group of 2 to book the trip.
8 Days Itinerary :
Day 1 - Drive / Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara - 30 minutes Flight / 7 hours drive.
Day 2 - Drive to Kande and trek to Deurali - (2125m) 1.5 hours Drive and 4 Hours trek.
Day 3 - Trek from Deurali to the Low Camp - (3150m) / 4 hours trek.
Day 4 - Trek from Low Camp to the High Camp- (3700m) / 6 hours trek.
Day 5 - Trek from High Camp to the Mardi Base Camp and trek down to Siding 4500 m - (1700m) / 9 hours.
Day 6 - Trek from Sidhing to Lumre and drive back to Pokhara (1400m)-
Day 7 - Drive /Flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu 30 minutes Flight / 7 hours drive.
Day 8 - Departure back to home.
